Which CRM systems do you work with?
Reapit, Alto, Dezrez, Street, and Jupix. If you're on a different system, get in touch — we'll assess API access on the discovery call and tell you what's feasible.
What exactly happens in the first two weeks?
The first two weeks are Discovery. By the end you'll have your single biggest operational bottleneck named, with a costed case for fixing it. If we can't put that in front of you, we refund Discovery in full and stop there. You only commit to the build once you've seen the case — which is why the £8,000 Intensive is taken in two tranches: £2,000 Discovery (refundable) and £6,000 Build.
Do we need to clean up our CRM data first?
Not necessarily. We work with CRM data as-is for most agencies, and Discovery surfaces and handles data quality issues as part of the work. If your data is severely degraded, we'll tell you in Discovery — and what it would take to get ready. We won't take your money for a project that's set up to fail.
How much of our team's time does this require?
During Discovery: shadowing plus a few hours for onboarding and check-ins. In Deploy + Measure (Weeks 7–8): a training session for your team. After that, the system runs on its own — your team reviews outputs, they don't manage the system.
Do we own what gets built after the Intensive?
Yes. Full ownership — all code, all prompts, all documentation. If you choose not to continue with the AI Transformation Partnership, your team can manage the system independently. We design the handover so you're never dependent on us.
What's the difference between this and the data foundations work (L1)?
L1 (Data) builds the clean data foundation — unified reporting, connected branch data, governance. L2 (AI, this page) deploys AI on top of your existing CRM. Most agencies can start at L2 immediately. L1 improves the quality of AI outputs over time as the data foundation matures. The AI Transformation Partnership moves you up the ladder — L1 Data → L2 AI → L3 AI-Native Organisation. We'll advise you on the right starting point on the discovery call.
