Quick Questions Before We Talk?

What should I prepare for the call?

Nothing formal. Just come ready to talk about your current data situation and your biggest frustrations. We'll guide the conversation with good questions.

Is this a sales call?

No. It's a strategy session where we assess if we're a good fit. If we're not, we'll tell you and point you in the right direction. No hard sell. No pressure.

How long is the call?

30 minutes. We respect your time and keep it focused. If you want to go longer, we can—but 30 minutes is usually enough to identify next steps.

Who should attend from our side?

Ideally: Managing Director or Owner + Operations Director (or whoever oversees data/systems). Having decision-makers saves time and makes the conversation more productive.

What happens after the call?

If we're a good fit and you want to move forward, we'll send a proposal within 48 hours. If you need time to think, take it. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you why and suggest alternatives.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes, but our primary focus is UK-based multi-branch businesses. We've worked with international clients, but most of our case studies and references are UK.

What if we already have an IT team?

Perfect. We work with your IT team, not replace them. We bring the strategy and methodology; they bring the knowledge of your specific systems. It's a collaboration.

Can we start small and scale up?

Absolutely. That's why the Strategy Intensive exists—£8k to prove the approach before committing to full transformation. About 40% of intensive clients scale to the £50k+ programs.
