AGI Automations is an AI-native consultancy working only with UK property investment firms. We map how a firm actually runs, quantify which bottleneck is costing the most, and build what that specific problem requires.
There is no product line here, no partner tier, and nothing pre-built waiting to be configured for you.
The generic AI consultancy is being commoditised, and quickly. What survives is depth: knowing that MEES exposure and Article 4 direction are the two things that quietly kill a residential deal, that a lender pack stalls on a certificate rather than a decision, that the buying box lives in two people's heads and leaves when they do.
None of that is learnable from a discovery call. It is learnable from working in one sector and refusing the rest.
So we work with UK property investment firms and nobody else. If you are outside that, we will tell you on the first call rather than take the fee.
These are on the page because they are the things a client can hold us to later. A commitment with no mechanism behind it is a preference.
Not a scarcity tactic — a delivery constraint. The person who runs your diagnosis is the person who builds the system and the person who answers the phone in month six. If the slot is taken, you get the honest start date rather than an invented one.
Every price is on the Services page. No day rates, no open-ended scope, no "let's discuss investment levels". Anything you ask for mid-engagement goes on a written list and gets priced at the end rather than absorbed silently or refused.
The context layer we build is your asset, documented and handed to a named person in your firm. No licence, no platform to be locked into, and no dependency on us to keep it running. That is the point of building infrastructure rather than selling a tool.
The refund on the Foundation Session is affordable because we qualify hard before it. If the diagnosis produces a number too small to justify a build, we say so and you keep the map. Talking a firm into an £8,000 build that recovers £9,000 is a bad outcome for both of us.
Most disappointment in this market comes from a scope nobody drew at the start. So here is ours, before you spend anything.
There is no platform to licence and no seats to buy. We build inside what you already run, and we do not ask firms to migrate.
We do not run vendor selection, negotiate with proptech suppliers, or produce comparison matrices. If a tool you already own is the answer, we will say so and stop.
Headcount stays flat and capacity multiplies. If the mandate is to cut people, we are the wrong firm and the business case will not survive contact with the numbers.
We build systems that produce evidence. We never advise on whether to buy an asset, hold it, or sell it. Every verdict stays with your partners.
Training on what we build is included in delivery. Generic AI literacy workshops are not something we sell.
UK property investment only. The depth is the whole proposition, and it does not survive being spread across industries.
Institutional Context Architecture is not a framework invented for a website. It is DAMA-DMBOK governance practice — data ownership, lineage, retention, quality — reorganised around the question an AI system actually asks: what does this business know, and can any of it be read?
Enterprise data estates have had that discipline for two decades. Property investment firms, almost universally, have not — which is why layer 03 is missing in nearly every firm we look at, and why the firms that build it first will be difficult to catch.
The whole method is published on The Method. Take it to another supplier if you want. We would rather be judged on execution.
Two free resources for founder-led property investment firms. Neither needs a meeting.
Fifteen questions across five areas. See how AI-native your firm is today and which area to fix first, with your results on screen and by email.
